Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the cinaxl platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and remain true throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation or automated entity) and are at least 21 years of age. cinaxl enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes, using funds that belong solely to you.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party in placing wagers on this platform.
• You do not hold a position — directly or indirectly — at cinaxl, any of its affiliates, or any game provider whose products are available on the platform, in a capacity that could confer an unfair advantage.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your place of residence before registering.
• You have not previously had a cinaxl account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed as a result of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• You are not self-excluded from online gambling platforms, whether through cinaxl's own self-exclusion program or through any external responsible gambling registry.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the cinaxl platform. Duplicate accounts, including accounts registered under alternate names, alternate email addresses, or alternate device identities, are strictly prohibited. cinaxl employs automated duplicate-detection systems and reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances where duplication is confirmed.

When registering a cinaxl account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: cinaxl requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal, and may request verification at any other point at its sole discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• A valid government-issued national identity card (KTP) or passport;
• Proof of current residential address (bank statement, utility bill, or official letter dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking account showing your name and account number).

Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold until verification is completed. cinaxl is not liable for any delays resulting from a Member's failure to provide timely or satisfactory documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cinaxl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence in securing your credentials.

Deposits: cinaxl accepts deposits via all major Indonesian local bank transfers, including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as the leading Indonesian digital wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are detailed on the Payments section of the platform.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. cinaxl endeavors to process all verified withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• Instant bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7).
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically within 15 minutes.
• Other bank transfers: up to 24 hours, subject to interbank processing cycles.

These timeframes are indicative and may be extended during peak periods, bank holidays, or when additional verification checks are required. cinaxl does not guarantee same-minute processing for any withdrawal method.

Fees: cinaxl does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which cinaxl accepts no responsibility. Members are advised to confirm their bank's applicable fee schedule before initiating a transfer.

cinaxl offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individua l promotion and to these general bonus terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (commonly expressed as "rollover" or "turnover") that must be satisfied before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute between 10% and 50%, and certain table games may contribute 0%. Game contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page.
• Maximum Bet Limit: When playing with active bonus funds, you agree to observe the maximum bet limit specified in the promotion terms (commonly Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000 per bet). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate or related accounts constitutes bonus abuse and may result in all bonuses and winnings being voided.
• Expiry: All bonuses have a validity period, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

cinaxl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who are found to engage in bonus abuse — including but not limited to operating multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or colluding with other players — will have all bonuses voided, accounts suspended, and any associated winnings confiscated.

All wagers placed on the cinaxl platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery), and sabung ayam (live cockfighting) betting. Detailed rules for each category are published in dedicated Help sections accessible from the platform.

General Betting Principles:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system and cannot be canceled, edited, or reversed except where explicitly permitted by the game rules or where a system error is confirmed by cinaxl.
• cinaxl reserves the right to void any wager if it determines that the wager was placed in violation of these Terms, placed as a result of a system malfunction, or placed with unfair advantage (e.g., through use of insider information or through a technical exploit).
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any wager, cinaxl's decision shall be final and binding. Members may raise disputes through the customer support channels, and all disputes will be reviewed in accordance with the published game rules and independent audit logs.
• Sportsbook-Specific Rules: For live in-play sports betting, odds and markets are updated in real time. cinaxl is not liable for any delay in updating odds due to latency in the data feed. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be settled according to the sportsbook settlement rules published on the platform. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win; if any leg is void, the parlay is recalculated based on the remaining valid legs.

All content on the cinaxl platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game designs, user interface elements, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of cinaxl or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the cinaxl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, download (except for temporary caching), sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform for commercial purposes;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software or game used on the platform;
• Remove or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings on the platform;
• Use any automated scraping, data mining, or extraction tool to collect data from the platform without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of cinaxl's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable law. cinaxl reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions.

The cinaxl platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cinaxl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cinaxl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data, business opportunities, or goodwill;
• Costs of procuring substitute services;
• Damages arising from interruptions, delays, or failures of the platform due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events.

In no event shall cinaxl's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your cinaxl account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure: cinaxl shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, strikes, power outages, internet service disruptions, or failures of third-party payment processors.

cinaxl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the platform;
• You have failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• Your account has been dormant (no login activity) for a continuous period exceeding 12 months;
• cinaxl determines, in its sole discretion, that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of the service.

In the event of account closure, any remaining balance of real-money funds (excluding voided bonuses or winnings obtained through breach of Terms) will be returned to you via the payment method most recently used for deposit, subject to successful completion of KYC verification.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. All pending wagers must be settled and all bonus funds forfeited before voluntary closure can be processed. Voluntary closure does not exempt you from any obligations incurred under these Terms prior to closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cinaxl is licensed to operate as an international online gambling platform.

In the event of any dispute between you and cinaxl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting cinaxl customer support. cinaxl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of receipt of a formal complaint.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree that any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, and you hereby waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

Alternative Dispute Resolution: cinaxl may, at its discretion, offer binding arbitration as an alternative to court proceedings. Details of the arbitration process, including the appointment of an independent arbitrator and applicable procedural rules, will be communicated to you if this option is invoked.
